• Development of E,P,C Execution Plans [Project Execution Plan, CAD/CAE Execution Plan, Project Procurement Planning, Project Multi-office Engineering Execution Plan, Engineering Progress Measures, Quantity and Quality Tracking, Design Basis Documents, Project Equipment and Material List, Preparation of Project Specifications, Preparation of Engineering Calculations, Checking and Approval of Engineering Drawings, Independent Engineering Design Reviews (Process Safety Reviews, Dynamic Simulation, 3D Modelling)].

Site Preparation Work:

• Define the Site preparation philosophy and define execution plan.
• Develop BoQ for the Earth Work

Technical Supervision:

• Coordinating the Approval of Design Documents in Final Stage with State bodies and agencies in order to start construction work
• Deputing Site engineers to construction site in order to control the Engineering work on site including the preparation of As-Built Documents.
